2020 STEP Statewide Student Conference Workshop Selections
The Long Island Gaming League submitted our esports club development program to STEP recently to see if it would be accepted for this years 2020 STEP Statewide Student Conference. To our delight we recently found out that our program was accepted. Our program with a focuses on education, training and professional development, to K-12 schools. This month we will be having the opportunity to present our esport club development program at the conference. This is a little information about the conference: STEP is comprised of 59 colleges and universities across New York State, and one of its many purposes is to provide middle and high school students with practical experience in the scientific, technical, and health-related fields, and to prepare students for the rigors of college and beyond. Over 450 students and 150 program directors/advisors regularly attend the conference.

Congratulations! You have been selected as one of the presenters to do a workshop at the upcoming 2020 STEP Statewide Student Conference. A Conference Workshop Schedule denoting workshop titles, times, and room locations is forthcoming.
The conference will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Albany, New York during the weekend of March 27—29, 2020.
